Shipping costs, time, and more

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products, shipping service, and location.  Domestic orders over the qualifying value qualify for a free shipping option. All in stock items usually ship within 2 business days. We charge by item for every other order and show shipping charges at checkout.

In the event shipment tracking states your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it, there are a few things you can do.  First, speak directly with your postal carrier AND local Post Office with your tracking number (ask them if they remember delivering your package on the day/date it was supposed to be). Second, reach out to your neighbors. It's possible the package was simply delivered to the wrong address. In our experience, around 80% of packages can be located just by taking these two actions. In addition, please consider the following steps:

1. Verify the shipping address, look for a notice of attempted delivery, and look around the delivery location for your package.

2. See if someone else accepted the delivery at your location (e.g. a sibling or house mate). Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail

3. Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival

4. If after five business days you have been unable to locate your package, please contact customer support for further details.

Navidium Shipping Protection

Navidium Shipping Protection is available at checkout on each order.  Navidium Shipping Protection provides our customers with protection in the case that their shipment is damaged, lost or stolen.  Orders without shipping protection are not protected and AGC will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Navidium Shipping Protection does NOT cover shipping delays.

10 business days FROM THE LAST SCAN are required to pass before a shipping protection claim can be filed/processed.

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes our shipping carriers route packages in strange ways.

While we understand the frustration of shipping delays, unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility we do not have any control over the delivery process. Sometimes scans are missed, items are put on the wrong trucks, or not taken off a truck at the correct location.

Shipping times are also affected by weather, disasters, holidays, and a number of other reasons. The shipping speed estimates on our site are based on the estimates provided to us by the carrier. But they are just that: Estimates. Because of this, we cannot guarantee delivery dates on any order. 

International Shipping

International shipping costs do not include customs, duty, or any other import fees.  These fees are charged by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the buyer.  If you haven't seen your package after a normal shipping time, please contact your local postal service as well as your country's customs agency.  Many times items are held in customs and they are not always efficient at contacting the recipient of the package.

How can I get replacement parts?

Most parts are available under the hardware section.  If you can't find what you need, just fill out the contact us form with what you need and we will get right back to you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes you will receive a completed invoice at the email you provide during checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive one.
