Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the new product within 30 days of the purchase date with tags attached for a refund of the product price, or to exchange the product for another one. If the product is different in price, you must pay the difference before we ship the product.

Purchases completed within 24 hours of a product being discounted are eligible for the discounted sale price so long as the item was in stock and available at the start of the sale.  Any purchases after the sale ends are not eligible for the discounted price.  We are unable to make exceptions to this due to our pricing agreements with our valued dealers.  If your purchase was completed within the 24 hours prior to a sale period, contact us through the online form with your order number and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.

You can return a product at any time for an exchange, even after the 30 day refund window has passed, as long as it is in new condition with tags attached. If you have a new product but the tags are missing please reach out to us.  If a product is damaged, please fill out the warranty form and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.  Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns/exchanges of used products.

For all returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for the expense of shipping the product back to AGC.  Each return must include a completed Return Form.
